We are pleased to inform you that XAOS GmbH has successfully completed a reorganization and has been transformed into two new entities:

RENWERK GmbH, led by Mr Michał Baurycza,

and

Photon Images GmbH, led by Mr Mikołaj Bazaczek.

This strategic step allows each of us to focus on our respective strengths, while ensuring continuity and stability for our valued clients.

The reorganization has been carried out in an amicable and constructive spirit. Both successor companies will continue to provide the services at the same level of quality, reliability, and innovation that you have come to expect from XAOS GmbH.
